Shipments within Italy take 24/48 business hours. Shipping is free for orders over 99€, while for smaller orders the cost is 7€.
For shipments outside Italy:

During holidays or sales periods, deliveries may be delayed by 1-2 business days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Size or color exchange: first exchange free of charge

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and without signs of use, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. The thread with the tag must not be cut or broken. For footwear, the soles must be in perfect condition.
